Because of the quite dramatic display that blooming tea puts on it might be easy to think they are to be used only for display purposes. Even the equipment used can be designed in a way that enhances the ‘show’, making it even more likely that people may think it is only there to be looked at. Other properties of green tea have lead to it being used in weight loss programs and as an aid to balance blood sugar levels. As a result, green tea is becoming increasingly popular as a healthy and tasty beverage.
