Flowering Tea or Blooming Tea

In a time of instant gratification, what better immediate reward is there than to watch a tea ball blossom into a lovely cup of flowering tea.Just sitting watching the wonder of an ugly lump of nothing grow into a beautiful blossom is quite mind boggling.
